Roasting Pig

The roasting pigs range from 20 lbs. (serving 10-12) through 150 lbs. and up (serving 140).
 

Spare Ribs

The spare ribs are fully cooked with each slab cut into individual ribs, serving approximately 3.
 

Chicken

10 pieces of chicken are fully cooked, serving 5.
 

Slow Roasted Beef Brisket

5 pound trays can be purchased either hot or cold, serves 15-20.
 

Slow Roasted Pulled Pork

5 pound trays can be purchased either hot or cold, serves 15-20.
